Our headquarters are located in Emmerich am Rhein (46446). Forty colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you as an Aftersales Export Sales Representative with Dutch and English language skills (m/f/d). The role is available on a full-time (38.5 hours) or part-time (32 hours) basis.

This is where you get involved

  • “Hoe gaat het met je?”, How are you?” Welcome to Emmerich! Whether in Dutch or English: in this challenging and varied position, everything revolves around addressing and supporting new and existing customers in the aftersales sector – both nationally and internationally.
  • As part of our friendly team, you will reliably manage the processing of warranty and repair orders from A to Z – from order receipt to quotation preparation.
  • To this end, you will be responsible for all correspondence and communication with customers and distributors worldwide—primarily in Dutch and English.
  • You also know what it takes to inspire new customers and generate fresh sales. After all, you are experienced in sales and are therefore well versed in all aspects.
  • Building and maintaining lasting customer relationships? Talking to customers on the phone? That’s right up your alley! You’ll stay on the ball from initial contact to the first order and even leverage cross-selling potential with your questioning techniques and negotiating skills.
  • Last but not least, you handle complaints with great sensitivity and conscientiously record/maintain customer master data in the ERP system.

This helps us move forward

  • Completed commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, sales experience with relevant expertise and impressive business acumen to achieve our sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and charm that will win over customers in no time at all.
  • High level of self-motivation, good self-management, discipline and determination to stay on the ball even in stressful times.
  • In short: You are a charismatic, likeable person who enjoys teamwork and quickly gains the trust of customers and colleagues.
