At our main location in 46446 Emmerich am Rhein, 40 colleagues are looking forward to working with you as a Warehouse employee / warehouse clerk – order picking, incoming & outgoing goods, catering products (m/f/d) in full time (38,5h).

This is where you get involved:

  • As our goods picking professional, you will put together goods for dispatch to different customers.
  • You process incoming and outgoing goods just as carefully so that processes run smoothly and quickly.
  • You will find the ideal packaging and protective materials for a wide range of products: what you prepare for dispatch arrives safely with the customer.
  • Of course, you will document your work in the inventory management system so that the stock is always up to date and our team can keep track of all deliveries.
  • Last but not least, you will assist with important quality controls and your ideas for improving our processes are also welcome.

What you bring with you:

  • Ideally a completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk, alternatively a comparable qualification
  • Preferably first to several years of professional experience in warehouse & shipping
  • Good knowledge of German and ideally practice with a merchandise management system
  • Manual dexterity, physical fitness and hands-on mentality
  • Team orientation plus a careful and reliable way of working will make your start easier.

This is where you get involved:

With a good feel for individual needs and great commitment, you will support our existing customers in German-speaking countries and develop existing business relationships in a targeted manner – from the first inquiry to the final order entry.
  • You always have an eye for additional potential: through clever cross-selling, you open up new sales opportunities and continuously expand our customer partnerships.
  • At the same time, you actively seek out new business opportunities – whether by opening up new markets or targeting potential new customers. You will demonstrate your skills in telephone acquisition in particular, where you will be persistent and persuasive.
  • With your charming, winning manner, you know how to build and maintain long-term, trusting customer relationships: this is how you turn customers into fans.
  • In short: you stay on the ball from the first contact to the successful conclusion of the contract, reliably coordinate offers and orders and thus make a significant contribution to sustainable business development.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or office communications clerk
  • First professional experience in sales, ideally in internal sales and related to the hospitality industry
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.), preferably already with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central)
  • Verbal and written communication skills in very good German
  • A likeable, customer and team-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation and determination, who finds it easy to inspire and convince people
