Safety and Warning Instructions

- Place the device only on a stable, level, and non-slip surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage corresponds to the information on the nameplate.
- Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the device or be left unsupervised near it.
- During operation, the surfaces of the device, especially the grill plates, can become very hot – there is a risk of burns. Use appropriate protective gloves.
- Never clean the device with a water jet or immerse it in liquids, as there is a risk of short circuits and electric shock.
- Always switch off the device, disconnect it from the power supply, and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning, maintenance, or extended periods of non-use.
- When opening the grill, always use the heat-insulated plastic handle to avoid burns to your hands.
- Do not store flammable liquids, gases, or other combustible items near the grill, as the casing can become very hot.
- Do not operate the device unattended; always switch it off before leaving the room.
- Repairs must only be carried out by qualified personnel using original spare parts.
- Use the device only for its intended purpose, such as grilling fish, meat, or vegetables.
- Before first use and after extended storage, check the device for functionality.
- Ensure that the power cord is undamaged, does not run over sharp edges, and does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
- Clean the grill plates after use to prevent the buildup of grease and food residues.
- Safely dispose of packaging materials like plastic and Styrofoam, as they pose a suffocation hazard to children.
