Safety and Warning Instructions

- Place the device exclusively on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the rating plate.
- Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the device or be left unattended near it.
- During operation, the device’s surfaces, particularly the crêpe plate, can become very hot – risk of burns. Use appropriate protective gloves.
- Never clean the device with a water jet or immerse it in liquids to avoid short circuits and electric shocks.
- Before cleaning, maintenance, or extended periods of non-use, switch off the device, disconnect it from the power supply, and allow it to cool completely.
- Use the device exclusively for its intended purpose, such as baking crêpes. Any other use may cause damage and compromise safety.
- Do not store flammable or explosive materials near the device. Maintain a minimum distance of 10-20 cm on all sides during operation.
- Use only heat-resistant oils or fats to grease the plate to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
- Do not use sharp or pointed objects on the crêpe plate to prevent damage to the non-stick coating.
- If visible damage or malfunctions occur, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
- Repairs must only be carried out by qualified personnel using original spare parts.
- Ensure that the cable is free from damage and does not run over sharp edges or come into contact with hot surfaces.
- Dispose of packaging materials, such as plastic bags and styrofoam, safely, as they pose a suffocation hazard for children.
- Clean the device with a damp cloth; do not use wet or dripping cloths to avoid the risk of short circuits.
- If water might have entered the housing, do not use the device and have it inspected by a professional.
- Do not operate the device outdoors or in rainy conditions.
- Do not use a damaged device; contact your dealer for assistance in such cases.
