Safety and Warning Instructions

- Place the device exclusively on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the rating plate.
- Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the device or be left unattended near it.
- During operation, the device’s surfaces and light sources can become very hot – risk of burns. Use appropriate protective gloves.
- Never clean the device with a water jet or immerse it in liquids to avoid short circuits and electric shocks.
- Before cleaning, maintenance, or extended periods of non-use, switch off the device, disconnect it from the power supply, and allow it to cool completely.
- Keep the ventilation openings on the device clear to prevent overheating.
- Use the device only for its intended purpose, such as keeping food warm. Any other use may cause damage and compromise safety.
- Repairs must only be carried out by qualified personnel using original spare parts.
- If visible damage or malfunctions occur, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
- Dispose of packaging materials, such as plastic and styrofoam, safely and keep them out of reach of children, as they pose a suffocation hazard.
- Use only manufacturer-recommended replacement parts, such as R40 or BR40 bulbs with a maximum of 250 watts.
- Maintain a safety distance of at least 20 cm around the device to ensure adequate air circulation.
- Regularly inspect the power cord for damage. Do not use the device if the cord is faulty.
- The device is suitable for use in ambient temperatures between 15°C and 30°C.
- Before transporting or storing the device, ensure it is fully cooled and disconnected from the power supply.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive materials to protect the device’s surface.
- Do not operate the device if it is damaged or if any parts are missing.
