The electric ANDRE curry sausage slicer is designed for fast and uniform slicing of sausages in professional catering applications. It is particularly suitable for snack bars, fast-food outlets, canteens and other areas where curry sausage or sliced sausages are prepared regularly.
The appliance is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a blade made of 3Cr13 stainless steel. The desired slice thickness can be adjusted between 5 and 30 mm using an adjustable spacer plate. The blade has a diameter of 45 mm and operates at a speed of 292 rpm.
The sausages are fed into the appliance via the feed chute on the top. Operation is straightforward using a push button, supporting an efficient workflow during food preparation.
For regular cleaning, the relevant components of the curry sausage slicer can be disassembled. Thanks to its compact design, the appliance can also be used on work surfaces where space is limited.
