INTERGASTRA 2026: Successful start to the trade fair for Saro in Stuttgart
For us at Saro Gastro-Products, INTERGASTRA 2026 in Stuttgart marked the start of the trade fair spring. The trade fair is one of the most important meeting places for the catering, hotel and food service industries and once again provided the perfect opportunity to present our solutions for professional kitchens to a broad specialist audience.
For five days, visitors to our stand were able to experience how modern kitchen technology, sophisticated equipment and practical solutions make everyday work in the catering industry easier.
Solutions for communal catering
The need for professional and efficient solutions for buffets, canteens and food service is growing. The reasons for this include new legal framework conditions in school catering and changes in catering concepts. This is exactly where we come in.
At the stand, we showcased various solutions that are precisely tailored to these requirements, including:
- Flexible buffet islands
- Bain-marie trolley with spit protection
- Heated banquet trolleys for safe food transportation
- Dispensing trolley for trays
- Tray trolleys as collection stations
Many visitors took the opportunity to find out about possible areas of application and practical details directly on site.
Focus on energy-efficient cooling technology
Another major topic at INTERGASTRA was energy-efficient refrigeration technology for the food service industry. In view of rising energy costs, many businesses are looking closely at how they can make their kitchen technology more economical and sustainable.
Visitors therefore showed great interest in the refrigerators in our PRO series, which combine high performance with energy-efficient technology. For many restaurateurs, the long-term reduction in operating costs is playing an increasingly important role alongside reliability.
Valuable exchange with the industry
For us, trade fairs like INTERGASTRA are much more than just a product exhibition. Above all, they offer the opportunity for personal exchange with the industry.
We were delighted with the many discussions we had with specialist retailers, kitchen planners, catering professionals and long-standing partners. The feedback, ideas and insights from the field are an important source of inspiration for the further development of our range.
After five intensive days at the trade fair, we can draw a very positive conclusion and would like to thank all visitors for their interest in our solutions.
