Self-cleaning combi-steamers: Saro expands range with AL CAPONE 5 and 10
We are expanding our range with two new combi-steamers with self-cleaning function: the models AL CAPONE 5 and AL CAPONE 10. Both appliances stand for modern technology, high efficiency and sophisticated hygiene solutions – developed for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and communal catering.
With this expansion, we are offering high-performance solutions for the demanding everyday kitchen and strengthening our range of combi-steamers for the food service industry.
Our AL CAPONE combi steamers at a glance
Our new combi-steamers from the AL CAPONE series impress with their versatility and modern equipment.
Both models have:
- Up to 99 programmable recipes
- each with up to five cooking steps
- Four fan speeds
- a direct humidification system with automatic adjustment from 0 to 100%
This enables flexible and reliable food preparation in a wide range of applications.
Self-cleaning function for greater efficiency and hygiene
A key feature of our AL CAPONE series is the integrated self-cleaning function.
Four programs are available:
- Sinks

The cleaning products are fed directly via integrated hoses. This simplifies and standardizes the cleaning process.

With the AL CAPONE series, we offer two variants for different sizes of business:
